VRRP VIPs Advertisement to use virtual MAC in ARP response as per RFC
VRRP implementation should be RFC compliant which is to use virtual MAC in ARP response instead of using the physical MAC of the VRRP Master when VRRP VIPs Advertisement is enabled.
