Customer is a currently operating the F5 Distributed Cloud Routed DDoS service. The CSM team has engaged with the customer and the customer has requested that they would like to receive FALSE POSITIVE alerts SENT to them via one or more of these methods - log stream, Email, API, SMS so that they may be more proactive in responding to the alerts. Currently there is no proactive alert mechanism that has been identified in BGP DDoS protection to identify and notify customers of FALSE POSITIVES AND FALSE NEGATIVES.
