This FAQ recommend that you can put a limit 32 FQDN’s per LB "IF" they use the same cert.
But, with a different certificates, this limit is true too.
It's necessary allow more FQDN's per Load Balancer.
Let's Encrypt supports 100 SAN entries. The number of FQDNs per LB should match that.
