Share Support Request only to specific users

Right now, it seems that a user with SYSTEM/ves-io-admin-role can see all SupportRequest for that tenant.

However, even with SYSTEM/ves-io-admin-role, I want only the tenant owner or a specific user to be able to see all SupportRequest.

Or, I would like to be able to set who can refer to each SupportRequest.

(For example, when creating a SupportRequest, select the users that can be shared)
