As customer using F5 volterra cloud with customer edge site I am unable to monitor the client failures at lower layers the layer 7. This fact make us blind at server side and we cannot react proactively. We are sentenced only on user feedback or simulate and monitor from perspective of user which can be impossible task to simulate different kind of setups which client can have.

Even worse situation is during migration phase from current reverse proxy solution to newer. Incapability to have full visibility during migration phase sets our confidence of successful migration at 0 level.

We use CE type, we have been said it's self-managed service under they hood but we are not given full visibility to monitor the system under their hood.

As a new feature we suggest to give more or full visibility to underlaying infrastructure to the customer at console level. Hence, the customer can really take better care of the system which he is responsible for.
