Add functionality to export the request logs and send them to the admin

We are exporting the logs manually from the system every day [Syslog is not working], We would like to have a functionality to send all requests logs as a CSV file to the administrator's email address according to a scheduled time. Will be best to have the functionality to export any logs [audit/requests/etc.].

The Global Log Receiver feature (https://docs.cloud.f5.com/docs/how-to/others/global-log-streaming) has been designed/implemented to address such requirements.
