Request logs are sampled. If Customer wants to collect all request logs, he can do it from his frontend servers... except logs that are generated by F5 XC LB itself, for example a "Error 504 - Gateway Timeout". A support ID is shown in the page but customer cannot retrieve it if it is out of the sampled requests.

Could we disable sampling for request/response generated by F5 XC LB?
