Today, you can see the end user who created a Cloud Site via https://f5volterra.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418064116503-How-to-Find-which-user-created-a-site?source=search

This is not possible for a CE created any other way, like on VMWare, bare metal, etc..

This makes it very difficult to figure out which sites belong to whom.
